Refund policy

Before a refund can be granted, we ask that you give us a chance to resolve any issue you may have by submitting a ticket to our support desk. Our Support Team will respond to your request within 24-72 hours, although we strive to answer your inquiries as quickly as possible. Please note that due to the instant nature of digital media (software) products, there are no trials or grace periods after a purchase is made and all sales are final. Refunds cannot be given for products that have been downloaded.

A refund is possible if the product downloaded from the website is completely unusable.

Refunds are not available if you choose not to use the product after purchase. Our company supports our products and will help resolve any issues, but we expect you to understand what you’re buying and why. Some offers may include a non-refundable clause, which will be stated or linked on the offer page.

Exceptions to the refund policy include:

  • ThemeGeneration VIP Membership Subscription, which is a comprehensive set of products at an affordable price and can be canceled at any time. We discourage purchasing the VIP Membership for testing purposes.
  • Renewals, which are non-refundable and can be canceled easily anytime through your My Account page.
  • Requests for a refund for the same product more than once.
  • Offers and discounts are only valid for future orders and cannot be used for refunds or partial refunds of previous purchases.
  • Digital products are non-refundable, except if the product is completely non-functional, the product description was misleading, or no files were downloaded from the website.

The company reserves the right to refuse a refund in the following situations:

  • If you change your mind about the product/subscription.
  • If the product was bought by mistake and already sent/downloaded.
  • If the product was bought by your employee or someone with legal access to your PayPal account.
  • If you cannot install the downloaded product.
  • If the product is incompatible with your WordPress, plugins, or web server settings.
  • If the product does not function as desired.
  • If the product requires a license key or activation.
  • If you broke your website while installing the product.
  • If you did not receive technical support from ThemeGeneration.
  • If you refuse to grant access to your website to support staff to investigate the product issues.

Keep in mind that:

  • Account cancellation is allowed at any time, but no refunds will be given for cancellation.
  • If a refund is granted, usage of the downloaded premium products will be terminated.
  • If the updated product remains damaged, the refund amount may be adjusted based on the reduced value of the product.
  • Refund processing can take up to 14 days to show in your account.
